    You can open an account if you operate a business in Canada. To start the process, please complete our online form.

    How can I order the products?

    NovEra International Customers can order all Hair Replacement products online, by telephone or fax.

    You can choose from our wide range of superior quality human hair and synthetic full wigs for men and women, integrations, top of the head and hair extensions for women, fixative and repair supplies, specialized hair care products, salon tools and accessories including medical tape and adhesive.

    How can I save money?

    The more you buy, the lower your price means that all your purchases, i.e., customs or pre-made grafts, liquids, accessories, marketing programs, etc. are included in the calculations to arrive at your lowest price level. Your level will be established yearly by adding your last 12 months of purchases from NovEra International and will be revised every 6 months. New accounts with less than 12 months of purchasing history are fixed for the first 90 days. Then, NovEra International will calculate a monthly average and reset the level accordingly.

    Note that the levels apply only to Men and Women's prosthesis and not to bonding materials, hair care products and accessories.

    NovEra International has a 7 level price structure:

    Level 1: Introductory price
    Level 2: $3000 to $5999 per year
    Level 3: $6000 to $9999 per year
    Level 4: $10 000 to $14 999 per year
    Level 5: $15 000 to $19 999 per year
    Level 6: $20 000 to $24 999 per year
    Level 7: $25 000 and plus per year

    Our online ordering system is programmed to recognize your price level, therefore the price displayed online corresponds to your actual cost. Applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges are not included in the prices displayed. If you have any questions regarding your price level, please contact your NovEra Representative.

    NovEra International's Customer Service team has received intense training at the OnRite/Gemtress Internationally Acclaimed Academy and is able to answer all your technical questions.

  6. Can I purchase OnRite and Gemtress products with another Canadian distributor?

    Can I purchase OnRite and Gemtress products with another Canadian distributor?

    No. NovEra Internationl is the exclusive distributor of OnRite and Gemtress products in Canada. Canadian clients who which to purchase OnRite and Gemtress products must contact NovEra International.

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    You may return liquid products at any time up until the 30th day after receipt of the said product on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).

    Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless NovEra International failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, NovEra International assumes the costs related to transportation, provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.

    Can I order custom prostheses?

    NovEra International offers custom ordering for men and women prostheses. You can create your own model or modify existing stock units according to your needs. Regular delivery arrives within 6-8 weeks deadline and rush delivery arrives within 4-6 weeks deadline (additional charges apply).
